Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

🚚 Return Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

💳 Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
